How does the membership work?

For $14.99 per month, you’ll get one audiobook credit per month to be used on any of our 150,000+ audiobooks. You’ll also receive 30% off additional à la carte audiobook purchases, including gifts! Visit the membership page to view all the details.

How do I use my membership credits?

Go to your cart to check out. Select “Apply credit” next to the audiobook you’d like to purchase, and your credit will be applied to that title. With membership, you receive one credit every month.

My credit card expired. How do I add a new credit card to pay for membership?

  1. Go to your account.
  2. Under membership details, scroll to “Payment Method,” and click “Edit Payment Info.”
  3. Update your credit card info.

Can I return my audiobook?

Contact us at, and we’re happy to return an audiobook if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We want you to be happy with your experience, so please reach out and let us know how we can help. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges and refunds allowed in order to prevent abuse of this policy.

How do I put my membership on hold or cancel?

  1. Go to your account.
  2. Under membership details, select the button to put your membership on hold or cancel.

What happens to my unused credits?

Nothing! Your unused credits will remain in your account. They never expire and can be used to purchase audiobooks for yourself or as gifts.

What happens to my audiobooks?

Nothing! Your audiobooks will remain in your library. All audiobooks are DRM-free, which means you can listen to your audiobooks anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
