How did you get into bookselling?
I started out as a book blogger (WAY back in 2004!) and switched to bookselling in 2011, when my youngest child started kindergarten. I’ve been here ever since, sharing my love of books.
What do you love most about being a bookseller?
Being able to put the best book into someone’s hands.
What do you love most about your bookstore?
I love the community that has grown up around the store. There are great people who both work and shop here.
What are you listening to right now?
What audiobooks would you recommend or are among your favorites?
Anything read by Bahni Turpin (LOVED Children of Blood and Bone) and Hollow Kingdom.
Where / when do you listen to audiobooks?
In the car as I drive to and from work.
What is your favorite thing about audiobooks through Libro.fm?
It’s such an intuitive website. AND we’re supporting a local bookstore!
What do you do when you’re not selling books?
Bake, chauffeur my kids around, and READ
