Meet a Bookseller: Suzanne Lucey

Happy Monday! We’re excited to introduce bookstore owner and bookseller Suzanne Lucey of Page 158 Books in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

How did you get into bookselling?

One day I left the local bookstore and said, “I would love to own a bookstore.” The owner emailed me 3 days later asking if I wanted to take over. 6 weeks later we opened. I love it.

I completely agree with your thoughts, Ms. Poole-Carter. Sue’s enthusiasm is infectious, and she is an amazing partner with our public library system as well! So happy to call her ours. ๐Ÿ™‚
